Purpose

As ASWF community we want to raise awareness for the topic of accessibility, build a community and work together to make our projects, tools, workflows and data more accessible.

Goals

  • educate and raise awareness by
    • collect research and case studies
    • showcase existing solutions across domains (CC, braille in museums, flashing light mitigation, etc.)
    • point out opportunities within ASWF projects (metadata in USD, CC/subtitling in OTIO, ...)
  • build diverse and welcoming accessibility community
  • propose accessibility improvements to ASWF projects
