OCIO Configs Working Group Meeting Notes

• Github issues
  • Joseph brought up some github issues references aces-dev. We let him know we're actually referencing specific commits in dev and not a release to pick up changes made more recently than 1.3. 
  • Let him know to ask Thomas for more specifics if needed
• OCIO Configs Meeting
  • Carol proposed ending separate config working group meetings in favor of discussing config development in the TSC, as config work is still in progress (always will be) but at a slower cadence and amount
  • We recognize that some general work still remains (documentation and test suites being the biggest pieces) and commit to continuing that work and updating in the configs slack channel and the TSC meetings. 
  • Please let us know if you have feedback or concerns about this move. 
• OCIO Color Interop Forum Launch
  • In the stead of the Configs working group technical development meeting, we are proposing launching the Color Interop Forum Doug & I pitched to the TSC and the ASWF TAC in November of last year.
  • We propose this meeting take place monthly on Mondays @ 12pm PT, on the week not occupied by the TSC or UX working group. 
  • We plan to announce this at upcoming events in February, so if there are issues with this plan or time slot, please let us know ASAP.
