After wondering if there is a "to do" or punch-list for articles needed here, Cory mentioned in the August 5, 2020 Meeting that he's working on a new front page that will help invite participation. He'll update soon on usd-interest.
And in answer to 'is the criteria' he said that by all means, in general:
"information not found elsewhere" and
"exists elsewhere but is not sufficiently accessible to a large audience?"
